These terms apply to the ThinkSync app for iOS and Android and to the website thinksync-lab.com. The provider is Christian Peter, ThinkSync Lab (support@neurofocus-lab.com).
ThinkSync is a Sudoku game. While you play, an optional rhythmic stimulation runs alongside: a light pulse behind the grid and a quiet sound layer. Both channels can be switched off individually at any time.
The app is not a medical device. It makes no diagnosis, treats nothing and does not replace medical advice. No effect on health, concentration or mental performance is promised.
ThinkSync requires no registration. There is no account and no sign-in. Your progress stays on your device.
Subscriptions are handled exclusively through the respective store: on iOS through Apple, where the Apple Media Services Terms apply; on Android through Google Play, where the Google Play Terms of Service apply.
A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation happens in your store account settings, not with us. Billing runs through your Apple or Google account.
If you are prone to seizures, have epilepsy or are sensitive to light, please leave the light stimulation switched off. Stop using the app immediately if you feel unwell during a game. When in doubt, seek medical advice first.
The app may not be modified, reverse-engineered or used in a way that disrupts its operation or circumvents access restrictions.
ThinkSync is provided as offered. No liability is accepted for health consequences arising from its use. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
These terms may be adjusted, for example when new features are added. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
