ThinkSync creates no user account and stores nothing on servers. There is therefore no
record we could delete for you — everything lives on your device.
2. How to delete everything
Uninstall the app. This removes all data stored by ThinkSync from your
device, completely and irreversibly.
iPhone and iPad: press and hold the icon → "Remove App" → "Delete App".
Android: Settings → Apps → ThinkSync → "Uninstall".
To keep the app, tap "Storage" → "Clear storage" instead; this resets it to its
original state.

4. What remains
An active subscription is not ended by deleting the app. It belongs to your
Apple or Google account and must be cancelled there:
iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
