ThinkSync collects no personal data. There is no user account, no cloud, no analytics, no advertising tracking and no sharing with third parties. Everything the app stores stays on your device.
None of this leaves your device. It is written to the app's own storage and removed completely when you uninstall the app.
The app itself makes no internet connections. Network access happens only through the subscription handling by Apple or Google. On Android, Google's billing library declares the INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions for this; they are not used outside a purchase.
We never see payment details. Purchases run entirely through your Apple or Google account. All we learn is whether a valid subscription exists.
For purchases, the privacy policies of Apple and Google apply. For this website, hosting produces technical server logs (IP address, time, page requested) that serve operational security and are not linked to individuals.
Data on your device stays until you delete it or remove the app. We store nothing, so there is nothing on our side to delete.
Under Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to information, correction, deletion and objection. Since we collect no personal data, there is no record about you on our side. How to remove the data on your device is described on the Delete your data page.
The app is not directed at children, and it collects data from no one — children included.
Should features that process data be added later, this policy will be updated beforehand. The version published here is the one that applies.
